I
- GENERAL PROVISIONS.
The
tenant shall in no circumstances invoke any right of tenure on expiry of the
period originally provided on this contract.
II
- USE OF PREMISES.
The
tenant will enjoy renting a peaceful way and will make good use according
to the destination locations.
Upon
his departure, the tenant undertakes to leave the flat as clean as he found
upon his arrival.
The
lease can in no way benefit to others.
The
owner will provide housing consistent with the description he has done and
keep it ready for use.
III
- DEPOSIT OR SECURITY.
On
arrival the client in a rental deposit is requested by the owner. It
is set to 250 € for the winter period (November to april) May
inclusive and 400 € for the summer period (June-September).

€ for the weekend.
It
will be returned to the tenant 30 days after his departure after inventory
contradictory output or it will be returned minus the cost if necessary rehabilitation
(package of 60 € if the household is necessary) or costs of replacement
parts and
equipment available. If
the bond is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to make up the difference.
The
month of October is normally reserved for discussions of the house, a rental
is always possible in these conditions and the location is related to the
winter months.
For
the winter period (January, February, March, April, May, November and December)
for a deposit ahead of heating consumption equal to 60 € will be requested
(auxiliary heating prohibits) . If
an excess of electricity consumption should involve the client agrees to pay
the difference on the spot or it will be taken on bail
IV
- NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS.
The
number of occupant may not under any circumstances exceed the capacity indicated
(6 max), unless specifically requested by you. A
surcharge will be prorated to the number of people ..
V
- ANIMALS.
Animals,
even pets are not allowed, except for small animals and in agreement with
the owner or his representative.
VI
- STATE OF PLAY.
The
inventory and inventory of furniture and various equipment are to be made
at the beginning and end of stay and bear the signature of both parties.
VII
- PAYMENT.
The
reservation becomes effective when the tenant will be sent to the owner the
amount of deposit and after collection. Deposits paid by credit card via internet
blocking your booking dates immediately. These are the priority for booking.
The
balance of the rent will be paid on day of arrival to be furnished by vacation
checks, check or cash.
If
the tenant delayed his arrival, he must first notify the owner and send him
the balance of the rent to the date originally scheduled, in these conditions
it will not be made under Article IX paragraph b.
VII-I
- LOCAL TAX
A
tax of 0.20 € (2009) per day per adult over 11 years will be added to
the amount of rent.

- PRICE AND DATE ON OUR SITE
Only
the dates and prices displayed on our websites are references in the context
of reservation.
VIII-INTERRUPTION
OF STAY.
In
case of early termination of the stay by the tenant, and if the owner's liability
is not jeopardized, there will be no refund, except deposit under the conditions
indicated above (see III) .
IX
- CANCELLATION.
All
cancellations must be notified by letter or telegram:
a)
before taking possession:
Generally,
payments are forfeited to the owner but they will be refunded, less a 25%
allowance for fees and various approaches, when the flat has been rented for
the same period and at the same price.
b)
If the tenant does not attend the day mentioned in the contract:
After
a period of 24 hours and without notice to the owner:
This
contract is considered terminated
The
sums paid are forfeited to the owner
The
owner may dispose of his flat
c)
in case of cancellation by the owner:
it
will reimburse the tenant double the amount of deposit received.
d)
Non submission of your multi-peril residential resort at the latest entry
in the scene may be a condition of cancellation.
X
- INSURANCE.
The
tenant is required to ensure the mandatory premises entrusted or hired. It
should check if the contract provides for the principal dwelling extension
holiday (vacation rental). Assuming
the contrary, it will purchase the necessary expansion. In
all cases provide a certificate issued by its insurance company on or before
its arrival in the area. The
owner may refuse access to the property if the tenant is unable to prove coverage.
